Xiegu G90 20w all mode transceiver
Xiegu has once again launched the latest release in their amateur radio line of HF transceivers with the introduction of the G90.
This newest radio is replacement to the X108G and has incorporated a auto tuner as well in. It is not much larger then the X108G was but has some great features.
Here is a list of specifications of the G90 transceiver:
Specifications
Receive frequency range: 0.5MHz to 30MHz
Operating voltage range: 12 ~ 15V DC
Transmitting frequency range: all amateur bands in the range of 1.8 to 29.999 MHz
Standby operating current: 750mA @ Max
Working mode: SSB/CW/AM
Transmit working current: 8A @ Max
Operating temperature range: 0 ° C ~ 55 ° C
Frequency stability: ±2ppm (after 30 minutes of power on)
Machine size: 120*45*210 mm (without protrusions, head unit combination status)
Machine weight: about 1kg
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Receiver parameters
Receive sensitivity: better than 0.25uV @12dB Sinad (PRE: ON)
Machine dynamic range: 90dB
Adjacent channel suppression: 60dB
Audio output power: 0.5W@ 4Ω
Optional: SSB 2.4kHz / CW 300Hz
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Transmitter parameters
RF output power: 20W
Spurious suppression: ≥50dB
Carrier suppression: ≥50dB
Sideband suppression: ≥50dB
Thanks to Wayne 2E0BVJ here are some side by side shots of the G90 and the X108G
Xiegu has already done some upgrades to the firmware and this radio really seems to be on the right track for performance and features.

As well Sinotel will be expecting a shipment of radios shortly so if you are looking for one check out their site: https://www.sinotel.co.uk/
So just a brief introduction to the radio and to watch for more features down the road being introduced, as well as the introduction of the X1M big brother the G1M
Cheers and 73
